Follow these easy steps :
1. Go to photobucket.com/
2. Search in a picture (e.g mine would be minecraft)
3. Some images will have an animation built in e.g i847.photobucket.com/albums/ab33/Fatalstory/mephf.gif
4. This is the important big. Click on the direct link and when you go to change your profile you click on "Add url for picture" Or some other crap like that and copy the URL of the picture onto it.
5. Vwola! There you have it, a moving profile picture.
How to make a Moving Sig :
1. Go to photobucket.com/
2. Find a picture or a banner that moves
3. Click on the image
4. Get the![]()
Code (Just click on the link)
5. Go to your profile
6. Copy the IMG code into the SIG box
7. Your done
